The 27-story Kabar Aye Executive Residence is the first high rise building that has received planning permission on the Kabar Aye Road by the Yangon City Development Council (YCDC) and Committee for Quality Control of High Rise Building Projects (CQHP).
The luxury residence will feature a helipad to be used in medical emergencies, as current traffic traffic congestions make it difficult to get patients to the hospital.
Upon its proposed completion in Q3 2015 the Kabar Aye Executive Luxury Residence will provide a variety of apartment sizes from 102m2 to 279m2 that are expected to be available for sale price of between $310,000 and $775,000 per unit.
These luxury apartments will be complemented by the structure’s amenities and services. The first four floors of the structure are to be reserved for rent to retailers. Three basement levels and the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth stories are to be dedicated to parking, giving the residence capacity for 270 vehicles. These underground levels are to be constructed by the Thailand based Seafco Public Company, known internationally for its success in developing the Marina Bay Sands Resort in Singapore.
Fully furnished units will decorated by Yangon-based Living Square Company a supplier of electronic appliances and furniture brands such as Electrolux, Trane, Life, LazBoy, Italsofa, Slumberland, Leather Edition and Kohler.
